We started POV to broadcast the opinions and concerns of America’s Young Professionals through our podcast (published on this site) and media outlets, so that policymakers know what we care about.

We’ve been hearing about all the problems this country has for as long as we can remember. Yet the solutions to these problems always seem to come from the same old paradigm — and the problems persist.

Meanwhile, our generation is labeled apathetic or uninterested. We know this is not true and that there are millions of Young Professionals and entrepreneurs working in their cities and at the national level to build a better future.

So we’ve dedicated ourselves to bringing this powerful and innovative community together to unify and amplify our collective voice and needs. Please join us each week as we speak with policymakers, business leaders, journalists, and Young Professional leaders all across the country.

At this unprecedented moment, Young Professionals have an open opportunity to work together to mobilize around key national and regional issues. As a unified voice, we can break the old paradigm and drive a new and innovative public policy agenda that represents the opinions and concerns of our generation. And if, as our leaders are fond of saying, we are to be the future, then we must demand to be at the table right now. No more lip service!
